A few Questions
Hey guys, might be taking a detour from my usual honda's by picking up a
92' Prelude 4WS Si
but would like to know what to look out for in these vehichles other than the 4WS locking up, which has already happend and leads me to my second most important question.
When it locks up in the sraight position is it safe to drive anymore? I was told it was but can be fixed by soldering something in the ECU or buying a brand new one, is this true that it is indeed safe and can be solved by replacing the ecu?
The seller has a brand new one that he is willing to give to me if I purchase the car (going to look it over Sat.) but will this one have tendency to lock up as well or am I better off just leaving it untouched.
He still drives the car btw and it has 70k with the mandatory services taken care of.
