I posted this in the FI forum and got one meaningless answer. Can anyone else help me out?

Hi,
I have a 04 accord lx 4cyl w/ a few bolt ons. I was told by a friend that it might not be worth it to put a turbo or s/c in my car. Does anyone have experience with this new generation of accords? Would I get a significant power gain? Should I just stick to bolt on's and engine internals? Any thoughts, hints would be great. And I apologize in advance for any noobish question, because I'm a novice.

for the amt of cash that you will spend of doing that, you would have gotten a V6 model and still have some extra for bolt-ons

that's a non-factual claim, what's one's valve on your possession have nothing to do with anything at all.

for a turbo on stock motor, you are looking at something around 200whp with minor electric tuning.

but again, before you get all hype up and order coupe grand of metal and chucks: please do your research and ask question about turbo'ing, it's much more involving than just bolt-on

 

I have read up on everything that I can understand, but most of it I cannot, that is why i asked this question in both forums, seeing as I'd have to go to a custom shop and talk to whomever about it. Again, has anyone done this on a 7th gen yet?
