Default Would you purchase this header?

Over the winter break, I went to Thailand. Lets say that those Thai people have done crazy things.

They put SR20DETs in BMWs, and everything they can think of! 90-93 Honda Accord w/ H22A swap is very popular over there as well.

They also have this header that I have never seen before. I have no pictures of it right now, but it looks similar to my HyTech header, and it's polished.

I got pricing on it. If brought here to the states pricing would be around $450. Would any buy these headers if it made nearly as much power as SMSP and HyTech headers?

Be careful. This part of the world is known for knockoff parts. Do your homework first. Make sure it performs. On the other hand, you can send a top notch header to Hong Kong and they will make exact copies for you at a fraction of the price.

That is true also, but HyTech has a patent, and SMSP has brought good things for us, I would not want to copy cat them.

The header I saw is shaped more like HyTech, but it retains flanges like that of the DC Sports Header. Or you can say it's like a DC Sports header w/ bigger tubes and shaped more like a HyTech (or DTR? They look the same) header.

Well, I'm asking my cousin in Thailand to ship me a sample or two so I can dyno-test them. If the testers like them, then I'll bring over a few here and there.
