Default Hose - what is it for

I took the engine out of my '88 civic hatch SE. Its a D15B2, i just took it out so that I could clean it up and paint it, not quite ready for a swap yet though. I got all of the exhaust side done and put back on, although on the intake side, i dont remember where I took these hoses from. Anybody have any idea where abouts they came off of or have any ideas.
thanx
heres the pic

Your kidding right? you took it out to clean it?!?
Anyhow, the shorter piece connects the valve cover to the intake tube for crankcase ventilation. The other part is a coolant line that goes from your head to the throttle body.

Should be a spot for it on the intake tube.
