Default help ecu code 17

hi guys i have a 98 itr and i have a problem the ecu is giving me the number 17 do you know what does this means ?and has anybody have the ecu error datasheet?? thank u all

Check to see if your speed sensor is plugged in or the wires have been pulled out.

It may be that it's unplugged or water or transmission fluid got into it somehow.

I would plug it back up and unplug the ECU or Disconnect the battery and wait and then plug it back up.
