Default Newbie Question:Looking to do a b16a1 swap and was wondering???

Always been a VW fan but I'm looking to broaden my interests.Anyway my question:What year civic is the easiest swap for the b16a1 motor??? I'm hearing that the civic DX is lightest which is all good but I'm also wondering whats easiest!! I'm new to the honda scene and I like the aftermarket parts you can get for the b16,I also like the look of the motor...very sexy.Anyway any help would be appreciated to help me along the way. Thanks

anything from 1988 on up will be able to do it. The CRX HF is the lightest, and the Civic STD is the second lightest to my knowledge. Any Civic from at least 1988-91 can have the engine mount in with the help of a mount kit.

Search the forum for more information.
