anyone know where to find headers for a 1992 prelude f22a (s) model

Will headers for an accord fit if it is same engine on my model

if so how much modification is needed if any ?

 

You want an aftermarket header? There's not much point in getting a header for an F22 unless you just need a replacement...

 

First engine build starting with what i have.

 

Honestly the only way you're going to get power from that engine is a turbo setup, nitrous or if you are highly compotent engine builder who can significantly raise compression and airflow and tune it properly.

i was planning to buy a header for my f22a in my accord. i have intake and exhaust so i was looking to complete the full bolton setup. Hawkze your saying that the headers made for my engine hardly make any power?

 

Well, this post is 4 years old, but yeah, most any bolt-on you attach to your engine is not going to do anything but make noise.

 

F22 SOHCs suffer from crap OE camshaft and no compression. Fix those issues and a header will start to make a bigger difference.
