Ticking Relay, and no clue where it goes.
Sup guys, I got a 87 Honda (der!) Civic CRX and I'm having trouble with a relay. I have a relay that connects under the driver side dash close to the far left side (at least that's where I guess due to swapping and modding) and its making a ticking noise every time I connect it to the connectors. Although I'm not sure what it might be for since I have enough electrical problems with the car as it is, I'm fairly sure it has something to do with the gas gauge as I had my buddies hotwire it up and they claimed that it worked, as well as, hooking up some other kind of relay to it (Autozone had no idea what it was for) and it worked enough to get my gas gauge to fill up 1/4th of the way up, while still making the ticking sound. Sorry that I have no pics to put up to help out but the diagram is the best I can do to show what it looks like and what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Any ideas what it could possibly be that's causing the excessive ticking? Whatever it is, the relays I have that I know are for it, don't have any kind of an effect on it (that I know of) so its rather hard to actually pinpoint what it is exactly. Main relay, mind me but where would that be hooked up on a wiring diagram?
