Default Can't locate plug to check engine codes! HELP

I have checked the engine codes on my ek hatch, but I can't seem to find the plug on my 92 hatch. I even pulled out the ecu and got a flashlight out trying to find it, but still no luck.

The plug wouldnt happen to be plugged into anything?

Any input is appreciated.
Thanks

no it shouldnt be plugged because its a jumper, if those two wires touch then it would do what your trying to do now.

it might be tangled or just up there, its in the foot panel on TOP.
