Default Emission Help??

Hey I need help. I have a 92 civic hatchback. I have d16y7 motor. I have stock injectors in right now and have safc2. I have turbo with custom manifold, i dont have a oxyegen sensor in right now. Im going to be putting in a new oxygen sensor with a brand new cat cause it is straight pipe right now. My first question is when i weld in the new oxygen sensor does it have to be on the manifold? or can it be after the manifold on the downpipe? Second question is after i put in the oxygen sensor and cat, to help pass emmisions could i disonect one of the couplings before intercooler so it doesnt build boost? would that help? Also can anyone help me with setup on stock injectors with the sac2? what to make all the settings? please help!! i have emmisions to take by this april...

If all else fails I have to put back in stock manifold and take turbo out to pass emmisions.. Anyone please help with anything.. its 92 civic hatch, from illinois

You have to weld a bung to the manifold then you can screw in the O2. Do NOT weld the bung in with the O2 installed. You will ruin the O2 sensor and possibly the bung. Also do not over heat or hyper weld (not the correct term but you get my point) the bung as you will warp it.

Also if you won't pass visual with the turbo kit you will have to replace everything anyways. My guess is you won't pass the roller with the turbo kit on, so your best bet is to swap the kit for the test anyways.

Good Luck
