Yes it is a td05h but a 16g. Definetely not a 14b. A bunch of turbos are tdo5h's...14b's, 16g's, big 16g's (evoIII's) etc...

The "tdo5h" part indicates the turbine size. The "14b" or "16g" is the compressor size. From looking at the picture, the alternating sized fins on the compressor wheel indicates a 16g wheel. A regular 14b would have a single set of fins.
