yes they did. They are small, and go under the turn signals.
the USDM ones are clear, and the JDM ones are amber. There is currently a JDM set for sale on ebay.

Did Honda produce an OEM fog light kit for the 92-96 Preludes? I was told that they did, but I can't seem to find out anywhere. Thanks.
Nice, but not worth the money. They came as a factory option, which the original owner of my car got.
