Default Changing springs, retainers, valves... what else to buy?

I'm getting ready to take my b18c1 head to my engine builder to install skunk 2 dual valvesprings, crower titanium retainers, and ferrea stock sized stainless valves. I'm not sure how many miles are on the head, so I'm sure it needs new valve seals, but should I also go ahead and buy new keepers, locks, and guides, or is that pointless?

The setup is gonna be a boosted 2.0 liter lsvtec @ about 550 whp revving to 9200 ish
