i noticed that one of my cooling fan spins way slower than the other they both get the same volts going to them 14.4v i noticed that there a fuse on the wire that plugs into the fan. its the fan in front of the exhaust manifold. could it be just the fan dying or that fuse or both. any help will be appreciated
