Ghey corners i painted



After i Painted the bumper lights and corner lenses. And got a 89 hatchback lip.



As you can tell progress is slow,I just got done with the paintjob. I baught it with the ghey rims. And now im trying to decide which wheels? and do i have to drop the car down ?

So far done : i/h/e, mpfi swap, si cam, Interior painted black, Exterior work, paint job, shaved door handlles, shaved the emblems etc. Thats it. pos.

Need opinoins on what to do next. thnx.

 

I would recommend a huge drop.......

my opinnion on those corners, is that they are too orange.... but thats just mee....

 

Yah Which route should i go about lowering the car. Coilovers?
Neuspeed? Ground control?

What about some black rims?

 

you realy cant go wrong with a set of black 15's with 205 45/15's and a good set of coil overs

i woulda kept the door handles and the side moldings and all the black trim... i think it looks too plain in all blue and smoth... looks clean though

 

fix the rims those are ugly and drop would be next in looks

 

Ground Control for shure...... well thats what im buying for my car after I save...

and with blue I will recomend bronze wheels

bronze slipstreams would look good on that

as long as your saving up just get a set of tiens

 

My friend is offering a trade For some riken 15' w/tire already. maybe i could re-paint the black part and buffer the lip up. I mean it is better than how it currently is. Right?
And in the meanwhile maybe save up for some rota's.

Is this okay?

Oh and Im thinking about neuspeed sport springs. Idk still Searching around for something reliable that wont be so stiff and ghey. Would i need to buy new shocks if i only plan for a 1.75 drop on neuspeed. ?

 

i would have those rims painted bronze... they kinda look like BBS's

if your friend is willing to trade those for the ones you have on your car now i would take them and run with em

its a complete d15b swap those piccs were before the nrg coil overs and new wheels... i need tires asap now they wheels had 195 60 15's my crx looks like a off road buggy ill post pics when i change teh tires this week

lower it and some fat 5's or black gt-3's would look dope.

 

I have seen some awesome models like the one you have,,,, But you need to know how to combine colors, lowering....

Also, get some rear mudflaps

and also, get rims like 16", that car looks better for like auto show.. not race

fat 5's painted bronze maybe? Or the 99 gsr rims ( i dont know the name, they have alot of spokes?) painted bronze or gunmetal.

Kind of hard combinating things on this ****.

could someone set me up a good combination example.

Like...

-bronze rims
-no amber corners
-2 inch drop
-tint


etc.

I just suck at this crap.
