what h23 parts fit a h22 help!!!!

its a tuff ? but what h23 parts fit a h22......any help is good....if anyone has a list from external parts to sensors????

H23 oil pan fits the 93-96 H22 block
Knock sensor
oil pick-up tube.
Crank girdle
Distrbutor
Fuel rail
Oil cooler
throttle body
Top half of the intake manifold
Engine mounts
Lower timing belt cover
Stock intake piping
Radiator
Tranny
Flywheel
Clutch
Speed sensor
Shifter cables
Axles
IAB (black box mounted under the intake manifold that controls the secondaries)
