I am wondering why this is I have tried stock H22 injectors but want work . Vtec want engage on car with them in it but with the b series it engages fine just wondering what the deal is .
Does the fuel system cut out in the higher rpms at WOT? My friend is having that problem, as well as the vtec not engaging. BTW try the hybrid forum for this.
dont h series injectors require a resistor box? never done an H swap but ohm the injectors, if you get 2-3 ohms they need a resistor. if they are 12-13 like your civic injectors should be, then you dont. but if you are using the civic injectors w/o a box and it runs, and the h series need a box and dont have one, i would start there. unless i dont know what i am talking about, which i may not, then ignore me.

yep, obd1 h22 injectors (345 cc) need a resistor box. the obd2 H injectors (290 cc) do not.

OBD1 H22 uses peak and hold injectors which require a resistor box wired into your wiring harness. Civic, integra, and OBD2 prelude use saturated injectors which use regular 12V ignition.
