I have a 94 Integra I just got with the factory radio and cd player. The previous owner said that the radio code keeps coming up but is not sure why. They gave me the code, but every time i turn off the car and turn it back on i need to insert the code again, and any radio presets.

Is there a fuse that controls this? Also the clock does not work either, would these two things be connected in some way.

 

Yea almost definitely a fuze. There are two fuzes/power sources that affect the head unit, I think one of them runs the clock too which I think is the memory wire so yea that sounds about right, replace the clock fuze and you should be good.
