my car is making 200 whp but my car never spins even between ***** maybe a lil spin thats it. mean while my boys car 89hatch even tho u may say it wieghs less it only wieght like 200 pounds less... well anyways his car is probably not makin morethan 170 whp... but his car always spin all the way to like 4th gearwhy is that... i was thinking its kus of my bushing on the front end on the front lca's and etc... wat you think ?

also he has coilovers i have full one piece coilovers prolly makes a difference but still wondering

 

I've never seen a 170hp car spin the tires in 3rd and 4th. Are there tires on his rims?

 

lolol yea na its prolly makin like 180 he never tuned it or took it to the dyno my car is tuned on the dyno

why does he have a one piece front end on a crx?

why don't you have one?

perhaps that is why he doesn't spin, cause of the front end?

do you have coilovers?

do you have shocks?

are his bushings worn?

does he have traction bars?

does he use traction control?

do you both run motec m880's?

who has the better ignition system?

does one car have a 10" sub in the back and the other have a 12" sub??

did you dyno in Utah?

if you can answer these questions we will get down to the bottom of it ASAP !!!!!

na its jus sumtin i beenthinkin about kus when i was on the dyno i was watch my wheels curver like forward and inward i thogut my bushing would be the cause of that and maybe it could allow me to launch better i dunno

man i wish my car wouldnt spin the tires...spinning=not moving in a drag race you wanna minimize wheel spin as much as possible so if i were you...i wouldnt be complaining...whatever the reason is...it means your moving and he isnt.

Check your clutch, and maybe your boys clutch has a crucial pressure plate? Some cars are just real light from the factory sometimes? I dunno...

 

It's a ricer question but it's probably your clutch slipping.

I wish I had that problem. Anything above 2 grand on a launch for me is a smoke show.

 

na it cant be the clutch i dunno it has to be sumthin i cant get a smooth launch i dunno all the idiot makin jokes in the this thread are jus stupid.. i aint even gunna bother find out from h-t.. ill figure it out on my own...
