you need to check the runout on the rotors, if you can get a runout gauge you will remove the wheels and then thread the lugnuts back on to hold the rotor tight against the hub. set the gauge up on the rotor surface and then spin the rotor and see how much runout you have. there is a spec for max runout buy i'm not sure exactly how much it is.
what do u mean exacly plus i forgot to add that my brake dont work i have no i dea y i took em to a shop to get em debleed but they dint work lol

IT is SOOOO hard to read your posts, PLEASE spell check because this makes my head hurt! From what I could make out of your broken english it sounds like warped brake rotors, not much else will cause your problem unless something is just not installed right. You could also have a bad wheel bearing. i am not sure what else it could be but if you type more clearly we may be able to help you out better

If you have no brake pedal you have air in the lines, bleed the entire system to make sure it's good. If it still goes to the floor then your master cylinder is bad (assuming there are no leaks in the brake lines). If your car shakes under acceleration it has nothing to do with your brakes and sounds like another problem all together. A bad axle or wheel bearing is the most likely cause of your vibration under accleration, checking all that should almost definetely fix your problems, good luck!
It is also possible that your steering rack is bad if everything else checks out but I would check that after everything else.
