im swaping my ls to a gsr b18c1 and i was wondering if my ls wire harness will run the motor with v tec? i dont know if its already wired for vtec or not.

 

You can use the ls harness and add on the hasport gsr subharness. It's like four wires that will run the vtec, knock sensor, and iab. I think it's $90 or so on their site.

 

yea i know but ls vtec is too complicated for my brain right now. lol... still learning about it. thanks for your help

he wasn't telling you to build an lsvtec. HAsport sells a harness so you can use your ls harness with the vtec motor. But you could also just add the 4 wires by yourself. $90 isn't horrible for a clean plug and play harness though.

 

i knew what he was talking about i just mentioned that i dont have enough knowledge to build a motor yet. just incase he was implying to go ls vtec.
