Default Engine running lean

Ever since my header was installed I have been getting a cel.
The first one was p0131 low voltage front o2 sensor.
It was changed.
I then got one for the rear sensor and some factory code, which I forget the numbers.
I then got an o2 sim for the rear, and it runs better, and cleared out the second and 3rd codes, but I still have the first one the p0131.
I don't think that I am actually running lean.
I pulled my plugs and they look normal.
I also checked the wiring. Everything seems good.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Tom

Do you have any exhaust leaks? They would add alot of O2 for the sensors to see and this in turn would tell the computer to lean.

If you have no leaks. How do the O2 sensors look?

Have the O2 sensor checked out to see what voltages it is producing.

O2 sensor is new.

I replaced it the first time I got the p0131 cel.

I think I am going to check all of the bolts on the header and make sure the shop tightened them correctly.

That is about my last option. that I can think of.
