Direct bolt-on. No voodoo involved; a couple of beers (maybe) but no voodoo

Here's a description of Auto transmissions available for 5th Gen USDM Accords

1994-1997 Honda Accord DX/LX/EX sedan automatic F22B1/2 T/Code = MP0A
1st - 2.736 2nd - 1.483 3d - 1.026 4th - 0.674 / FD = 4.133 USDM Made in Japan

1994-1997 Honda Accord DX/LX/EX coupe/sedan automatic F22B1/2 Code = A0YA
1st - 2.736 2nd - 1.483 3d - 1.026 4th - 0.674 / FD = 4.133 USDM

1994-1997 Honda Accord DX/LX/EX wagon automatic F22B1/2 T/Code = A0YA
1st - 2.736 2nd - 1.483 3d - 1.026 4th - 0.674 / FD = 4.285 USDM

All are the same physically, and will bolt up to both Vtec and non-Vtec engine variants. The only difference is the final drive ratio on the wagon version (4.285:1 as opposed to 4.133:1). You'd get slightly better acceleration with the wagon tranny.

No, not hardly (but thanks).
I just read a sh..tload of stuff, listen a lot and then try to remember where I saw it.
Couple that with personal experience and Wha-La, another working stiff just trying to help
