Default 92 teg. converting from long rad to short rad question?

just a simple question I'm guessing alot of you are running a short radiator from a civic. I'm just wondering if there are any significant engine temps changes when boosting I'm guessing there isn't and I'm going to run a civ. rad anyways to make more room to fit the turbo. does anyone have any objections/opinions?
thanks
Ry

i did that exactly

i have a del sol radiator thats twice as thick as the normal one.... got it on eaby new for about $50

i new slim electric fan on it with an independent controller i got from autozone for $20- lets you set the temp when the fan goes on- works great
