well, I don't want to sound like a dick but... it's vtec not vtech. Some people get a bit upset if you type it wrong. Just letting you know is all.
As for power adders...
I've heard the EX header is about as good as most aftermarket header, so just stick with the stock header unless you go turbo of course.
You could bore out the throttle body and match the intake manifold to it. You could also buy an aftermarket intake manifold, there are a couple companies that make one for the F22B1 (94-97 Accord EX motor). You could also slightly modify an H23 IM to fit it to your F22B1.
I wouldn't go with bigger injectors unless you are going turbo or have done some work that bumps your HP up a decent amount.
You could go turbo. There are a few companies that make turbo kits for the F22B1. Or you could put together your own setup. But deffinately make sure you do your research if you want to go turbo.
You could also get into internal work on the head and block if you want to go that far. But I would stay away from Gude products. So far I haven't heard too many good things about their head packages.
It all depends on your goals and how far you want to go with your project.
A few places to look for parts.
HAP (Majestic Honda) or San Leandro Honda for OEM Honda parts.
T.A.S. Auto Parts for OEM, aftermarket and some performance parts.
F22 Parts for aftermarket performance parts for F22 motors.
Car-Part for an online listing of whats availible at junkyards both local and throughout the US.
Other than that, theres to many places to list that sell Accord parts, those are just a few to get you started.
Hope this help with your questions.
Also, take a look at this for some other useful Accord info.

Honda has a theory for making horsepower which flys directly in the face of Detroit designers. Spin the living Cr..p out of small displacement engines. They were also the first to develope dual-personality engines (V-tec) and close ratio gear boxes.
If you can take these theories and improve on them, your project will meet with success.
Anything that you can do (or think of) to get more fuel & air through the engine, and you'll see some real improvements.
In order:
Free flowing exhaust (quietest please)
Head work / larger valves / port & polish
High(er) Compression Pistons
Intake system
Socketed ECM
Custom mapping
or Turbo w/intercooler
