Default scratch remover

my gf got scratch on her molding from the wind knocking over a trash can and it hit her car. is there any way to fix this?

that actually looks like it can be buffed out by a high speed orbital buffer

Yep, looks pretty easy to take out. Some polish, wax, should be like new.

Sorry to revive this, but that ain't a trash can. That's some ******* opening their door against her car, not giving a ****. You can still see the edge of the door.
A trash can wouldn't move horizontally along the door. But I bet it waxed right off.

It looks like theres a small indentation where it got hit. Just try and buff it
