Default oil change. weard clicking sound?

I changed my oil a few days ago, i used a pureone oil filter, and 4qts or quaker state 5-30w. It started after i changed the oil. A clicking or ticking sound from the head. What could it be? maby i should try a different oil? thanks
btw my oil level is good, just at full.

when you take the oil out and put oil in.. theres not enough oil on top so it clicks. after 10 minutes its all good... it doesnt click no more right? just right after the oil change? same thing happened to me

still doing it, seems that it got worse. and i can hear it better when it is warm, not as much when it is cold. I really didn't notice it till the day after i did it.
