I also have this posted in appearance/cosmetic, but I figured you guys and gals may enjoy this a little more. (I hope!?! )

This morning I picked up my new project car, a 1989 CRX DX. My plans for this CRX is to be a full on track car. The CRX is perfectly straight making this a great chasis to build off of...

My plans:
-built d16a6
-hybrid tranny (zc) w/ lsd
-koni yellows
-ground control 450/500
-st rear adj. swaybar
-dc header
-remove sunroof
-ls front brakes
-crx rear disc setup
-cage
and the list goes on...

Most of these items will be coming off of my street/track car that I recently got into an accident with (1989 Civic Si). I hope to have it back on road as more of a street car sometime this summer.


Here's my Dad making sure the cars snugged down before we hit the freeway.


We got it home safe and sound.

haha thanks! the cargo cover is for sale.

 

YA The inside looks clean, eventho it's coming out.

 

I love new projects and the old car was hhhhawwt!!! anyway have fun with the build and keep us updated...
