Default Swaping my stock H22A manifold for Type S one?

Im thinking about replacing my stock H22A intake manifold with a Type S one what do you think is that a good idea or what?

i wouldnt...the only thing differnt between your current mani is that the secondary valve ports are a little larger.

does it give you any more Hp or torque and if so how much? What Manifold would you recomend to put on a H22?

Well, this is entirely based off of what ive gathered about h22 intake manis, but to see the most benificial gains (we're not talking 5 peak whp at 10k rpm), most would suggest installing a euro-r manifold. If im not mistaken, it still retains the secondaries, which helps keep the torque down low.

Another option may be to port your current mani and port-match the throttle body as well. Although im not entirely sure of this route and it's gains. Good luck.

euro R manifold is the best one to go for the h22 for NA built. but u need to customize a kit to put on a h22a.
