exhaust/intake
Intake, you will gain more milage and hp from it. And its quiet when it needs to be, pretty much (i guess same thing could be said with exaust) Anyways, intake is cheaper too. start with that, its what I did. OH YEA!
Do the exhaust first.
It makes no sense to improve your ability to get a/f into the engine if you can't get it out. Without exhaust improvements, anything done to the intake would be like putting an 850cfm Holley on a 260cu in V8. It will do no more than than sing to you

I put a 1000cfm Edlebrock on my 360 whats wrong with that lol. I think it may get changed back though as it did seem to help power but it sounds gay as **** and around 2-3k in the cab you can really hear it even over the Flowmasters.
