The turbo may need to have the seals replaced, it doesn't spin freely at idle. It builds boost perfectly, just doesn't spin at idle, which leads me to believe it might be the seals. Otherwise, it's a perfect turbo. Everything else is in perfect working condition.

The price is excellent. I'm selling this kit to purchase a Full-Race manifold.

The kit was on a 2000 Acura Integra LS w/ a B18b1. On 7psi, my car made 240whp/205tq.

Looking to sell this ASAP, need to buy a manifold.

Edit: This is a complete kit. So to answer your question; Yes, it comes with a front mount intercooler.

 

Also, for an extra $40, I'll throw in a used Walbro 255lph HP fuel pump with the purchase of the kit.

The motor had forged internals, but you can safely (and easily) run 250whp on a stock block with a good tune.
