Thats all preference. I have a '93 but i sometimes like the look of 90-91 bumpers more.

With thats said, get a 92-93. Its already OBD1 and 10 more HP than a 90-91.

gsrs are nice, but hard to find and not cheap when you do.
i just bought a 1991 DA automatic in red last year. best $1000 i've spent...ever. in my entire life. it just needed an $80 distributor. the car has 210k on it now, but it starts every single time i get in it. no problems at all. i say get the 90-91 because you have the option of putting fog/driving lights down in the lower corners (there's already cut outs for them). that's the only difference b/t 92-93 and 90-91. that and obd1. which is overrated unless you're going to mod it.
and if you take your time, you'll find a cherry one for less than $2k and use those funds for some proper wheels and suspsension (which the car definitely needs).

oh, and anyone wanting B18B cams, hit me up. hella cheap.
