FS: B18a Complete Motor -JE pistons + Tranny + Race clutch - 00-Miles on the motor
1993 B18a Engine--
Bottom end:
JE Pistons 9:1 20mm Oversized
JE rings
Shotpeened Rods
Balanced Crank
NuFormz BlockGuard
New all Honda rod bearings, oilpump, gaskets and other hardware
Top end:
DPR ported Head
Milled for higher compression
PortMatched Intake Manifold
Ported throttle body w/ larger butterfly
SKUNKWORKS cam sprockets
Fresh Valvejob
new timing belt
stock cams
stock valves
Head Gasket and other gaskets are Honda, new timing belt, Fresh valvejob
90-93 LS Cable Transmission w/
Southland Dual Friction Half Ceramic Clutch
All gears work fine with no grinding in gears.
Clutch spins/chirps 3rd gear like its nothing, even at low RPM.
Also can work in a pair of AXLES if I can move this in a decent time frame and maybe the stock 91 chip if I can find that damn thing in my garage.
Bottom end was assembled at RAIDER machine in Chula Vista. Head and Motor was assembled at AEBS/Group5.
I was going to pop this motor into my car, but I ended up selling the shell. So now I have this motor to get rid of. Never installed since the rebuil. There are 0-miles on the bottem end. 0-miles on the head after the valvejob. All new gaskets and hardware. Need to sell it for other upgrades to my other car.
I spent approx $2500+ on this setup or parts and labor. Sacrifce asking $1600.
