hello. i have a USB DKU-5 cable connected White to PIN 1 (GND)
Red to PIN 2 (RX) blue to PIN 4 (TX). im connected on Com port 3. engine off, i connect start logging, start engine, and nothing shows up on any gauges. WTF.
where did i go wrong? J12 has been removed. im sure i have good connection at CN2. any ideas why its not working? the datacable driver is installed also. please help a fellow honda guy out. thanks

Eh, these bugs are always a bitch. I'm assuming you don't get any abnormal messages when you start up EC5? Because I know what most of the messages mean.

Anyway, first off I'd open the Device Manager and make sure the data cable is actually running on the correct driver. Sometimes the driver will be installed on your computer, but the cable won't actually be using it. You might have to use the "Update Driver" function.

You probably already know, but most of the ECU hacker underground resides at http://forum.pgmfi.org/index.p...a7c53. The forum is a bit slow, but if you spend enough time browsing the archives you'll probably figure out the problem.
