Default 91 crx hf disc conversion

I changed my 91 crx hf brakes to 91 integra spec

91 integra front brakes
91 integra rear brakes with trailing arm and e-brake cable

But now my brake pedal feels soft and it goes down when I start the car it still stops pretty good but it doesn't feel safe.

I have heard that I need the proportioning valve from the 90 - 91 crx si and master cylinder to work correctly.

If im wrong please give some advice thanks

You need to bleed the crap out of the brakes. And the prop valve isn't going to make that much of a difference.

I was thinking about doing that on my hf as well. How hard was the conversion? and where did you get the parts? junkyard?

Bleed, bleed, and rebleed to double check. A larger master cylinder will give you a stiffer brake pedal feel which may have occured due to the swap, but nodoby ever seems to know for sure.

Same problem i had on a toy camry and escort. You just have to bleed it and it should work fine. You should also have someone help you do it. It will be easier.
