jdm ef cluster
Ill try to make this easy to understand. USDM EF chassis cars have mechanically operated VSS'(vehicle speed sensors), where as the JDM Cluster needs an Electronic VSS to operate properly. Your VSS is located on the top of the transmission. If you already have an electric one then you need to check your wiring again, maybe get a schematic for it cause the problem would be self manifested in that case. good luck it's cool once you get it done.
there's a cable that plugs into the usdm tranny and spins off the gear to show how fast you are going. in jdm this same gear relays information through a three wire plug to your tach. you'll need the gear that goes into the tranny from 92 up civic and the plug to it as well. from there you'll need to wire those into your tach and ecu.it's just three wires, it's easier than what i made it sound. go to yahoo search and type in jdm crx cluster install and you should get instructions through that search to install your cluster.
