Default Where can I find OEM connectors for engine harnesses? Part #s?

I'm trying to make my own engine harness, is there any way to order just the wire connectors wthout buying a whole new harness from honda? I've read that people making OBD conversion harnesses use new OEM connectors. I'm looking for OBD0 and OBD1 ecu connectors, and all the engine connectors. Thanks.

Are you desiring to crimp the contacts on yourself or use solder? Have you considered sourcing a junkyard? Sorry if you have already heard this, I am also building my own harness (not completely from scratch) but I am getting mine from the junkyard

(or maybe its 'yunkyard'..... could be a silent "j")

I want to crimp on new contacts AND use solder. I also want brand new f8ckin' bling-m8therf'n-bling connectors. Someone hook me up with the super-secret OEM part #s (please). I just want to make a clean *** harness.

There are no oem numbers that I have found. Some of the connectors were made by AMP, and I've seen people talking about getting them for this stuff. Problem is they want you to buy in bulk. Like 10,000.

Dealerships should be able to get the connectors because sometimes a car will come in with the connectors smashed, they have to replace them somehow....It would cost way to much to replace a whole harness everytime a car comes in with a smashed connector.

EDIT: Just took a look at Majestic Honda's website, they show listings for all connectors with pictures too....pretty expensive though, 5-15 bux each.

I called delray acura yesterday, and they said that they couldn't get replacement connectors. I kinda have the feeling that I was blown off, though.

Faulkers.

Hmm, I'll have to check out Majestic's site.

Go to http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and for the car you want them for you can go to "electrical connectors: front or rear"--it doesn't give you a part number, but it shows a picture and location in the vehicle of each seperate little connector--just look at the pic. and location and you can figure out what you need.
