Spoon Lip?

What height are you daily driving with the vis "spoon" CF lip...

I need to get an idea of how high to raise my car to prevent it from braking after the first day i put it on

...

I have an integra so teg pics would help a lot... but im guessing the civic ones hang just as low so those would help too. Thanks

i know its not going to stay perfect and eventually break.... i just want to know the best height to have a car to prolong its life
