my 94 honda civic coupe just got smashed. some stuped *****%$&# in a camaro (V8's SUCK!!!!) lost control and collided head first with my eg parked on the side of the road in front of my home. it was in great shape i had plans for her; engine swap, turbo, and everything else, but... So im devastated now and dont know what to do. im a college student and my funds are a little too slim to put any work into it to fix it so im probably gonna find sumthin cheap to get from here to there. me and my room mates pushed her into the driveway and she rolled in pretty smoothly so i think the frame is still ok. with some body work (fenders smashed, hood crumpled, bumper) u know all the stuff in the front.all the windows appeared to be intact but it was dark out (like 3:00am) so ill give it another runthru in the daytime. the radiator is busted and i have'nt been able to pop the hood to see if there was too much damage b/c its jammed but from the outside it doesnt seem like the little d15b7 powerplant was ruined. i havent tried to turn her over yet but i will a little later. but now its like 6:30 in the mornin so in gonna see if i can get an hour and a half of sleep or so. ill keep you guys updated on her after i give it a visual inspection when the sun comes up. so if youre in the mississippi area, come check her out. $1500.00 and she's yours. my fone# is 410-591-4542

Camaro's insurance isn't going to cover the damage? Even if it doesn't, you'll get more money if you part it out. Good luck man, that really sucks.

I see, clears everything up for me. I thought it was some super jdm fad where people typed in expletive instead of other words. Id rather it just be asterisks. btw are you on OR or SCR or NESS?

 

Eh... I did OR for a while, but this town is one big Soap Opera, so I spend most of my time in here. There are alot of guys in this forum in-particular that I have alot of respect for... (all the mods, Litterbox, archidctus, jdmlifestyles, b18c5-eh2 etc) I think my train of thought and attitude are better suited for this place.

Yea OR too much drama, but nestreetscene is ok, im in the honda usergroup on both of them.

to keep this on topic, sorry about camaro hitting your civic shadowcoupe, hope ou get it sold.

 

Sorry about the loss, but if nothing else, if you don't have full coverage, but the other person does, you may be able to sue the other driver for up to $500. I am not sure of the traffic laws there, but in MI, even if you only have PLPD, you can sue the "at-fault" driver for $500. Just some info. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
