I remember someone here stating that they know a website that offers services in speeding ( moving traffic violations ) , wasnt someone on this website a lawyer that fought off... or knew of a lawyer that dealt with these infractions. btw.. ticket was a 65 in 45 going down hill... thanks for the help i appreciate it

here's my excuse for doing 145 in a 55:
Sorry officer, it was a wide and straight road, and I didn't see anybody in front of me!

 

i might need a better excuse!.. but alot of people where going faster.. i got it near saw mill road, upon entering I-87 in the Yonkers area!

 

I would say that the only real excuse that you could come up with is that the speed of traffic was consistent with your own speed. That is all that you can do really...

 

Just pay the damn ticket!!....geeez!
