1989 i'm sorry i missread. the plug your looking for is a yellow caped plug on the fender wall drivers side. its between the shock and the window washer fluid tank under the hood.
i dont have that plug either, what the hell!!
are you sure that's where its supposed to be? or do you know the wire colors? maybe the guy who owned it before me just cut the connector off

does it make a diffrence if it's a hatch? just wondering... there isnt anything i can do at the ecu is there? it's a P28 chipped with S200 hondata... i dont have datalogging so i cant read them that way and i cant afford the upgrade right now
call the guy back and ask if he ever hooked up some kinda yoggle swith for the codes.make sure u have a 4-wire 02 sensor and a z6 distributer.on the jumper harnes at the ecu, there should be a piggyback one that goes through ur firewall for the vtec wires,o2 wires, and some kinda toggle swith wires.
if you havnt figured it out the harness should have a sub harness going into the firewall there should be a yellow andblack wire if the jumper is from locashracing hold them together
