89 EF ECU wires all chopped and screwed

I got a a 89 civic hatch im eventually goin LS/VTEC but for now its a shell and the kid before me for some reason cut some wires and spliced and all kinds of crap to the ECU wiring next to the plug where it connects to the ECU well i dont know what to do? the colors change three different times?

My sugesstion to you good sir is to go to a junk yard and source a completely stock unhacked wire harness and start from there. If you pick up a DX, STD harness there will be some wiring and if you pick up an SI,HF harness there will still be wiring to do but minimal. Do you plan on converting to OBD1?
