Racetrack Check List
So I just wanted to see what you guys pack up before you head out to the track, do you have a check list or do you just pack what you can remember off the top of your head and head out?
For example:
Race gas
Jack
Jack stands
Tools
Blah blah blah......

My extra set of tires since the car now runs on slicks.....
simple metric ratchet set and wrenchs
jack and stands
torco 110 oct. leaded gas
extra friend to lend a helping hand to have a back up car for when i finally pop a diff.
pair of mechnics work gloves.... i now own a resturant and dont want to dirty my hands too much! :-P seriously!
water and snacks for us...
that is about it.....

I take a ton of crap to the track.
Pop up tent
Chairs
Ice chest with lots of water, gatoraid, food and so on
Full bag of tools
Jack
Slicks
Lugs for the slicks
sheet to lay on
rags
extra oil
I can go on and on but to tired to keep typing.
The best thing is I put all this crap in my hatch.

extra set of axles, tranny fluid, motor oil, spark plugs, mini air compressor to pump up the slicks, tire gauge, helmet, bulk wire & electrical terminals (always comes in handy), zip ties, and so on.

Triple A card and enough friends to push you/a tow strap for someone to pull you far enough from the track so that you can still get a free tow home just in case.

I guess its safe to say yes to your question. Make a good list and laminate it. Then stick it to your forehead. Then make another list for things you should check on your car before it makes a pass. Life will be much easier and safer.

Thats right chad
hope this year i wont have to F***ing do it in the dark, trying to get back in to the finals only to have the punk race without me (took me longer to get towed off) then for me to change it and get back in lanes
