thanks bobochan, how reputable are these two places? I don't need authentic JDM, can't afford it, I'm looking for a place that sells the replicas ITR/ATspec wing (not the WW version).

I have not bought from rsxmotorsports.com so I cannot say on that.
ICB motorsports however, is very good. I ordered and it came very quick and without any damage to package and whatnot. Gets a from me.

I don't know if any sites off the top of my head or on my favorites that sell replicas...

If you want an A-Spec wing, just go to your local dealership.
