Default issues after swap

I have had my b16a in my 97 dx for about two weeks now. It runs great, however, sometimes in low RPM (1500-2000 rpm)the car shakes a bit. I did an OBD1=>OBD2 conversion on this engine. Used an EX wire harness and I'm running a p28.

Does anyone know what connecter goes into the sensor(I believe its the IAT sensor) on the intake? Is it the one on the fuel injector harness or the one by the throttle body?

Also, whenever I'm making a right or left turn at a slow speed I hear a noise coming from my driver side tire area. It sounds like its rubbing on something, but I have checked the tire and there is nothing it could be rubbing on. I have jacked the car up with the wheel turned. At the point the axle boot folded in and fold out I would hear a noise. It was very faint but I could hear something. I checked the rest of the area and everything seems fine. I'm just waiting for something to break because I'm not sure what the problem. I'm on a tight budget right now and I don't want to replace an axle and it turn out not to be the problem. Any help would be great.

My reverse lights don't come on and I don't think my fan is either.. But I'll wait until I look at them before I start asking questions. The sensor and axle are my biggest concern right now.

after some searching I have found that the black plug on the fuel injector harness in the EVAP purge control plug. Still not sure if the other connector is the IAT plug. Anybody?

Heres the wire colors for obd1 harness.

IAC Valve: Blue/yellow and yellow/black
IAT: Red/yellow and Green/white
EVAP: Red and Yellow/black

I believe u need to extend the IAT connector on the harness. It should pop out right where the alternator wires come out of the harness.
