Default 2001 Civic EX brakes

EDIT: Sorry the car is a 2002

Hey everyone, my girlfriend has an '01 Civic EX and the rotors are warped. What is a decent brand of rotors and pads that are maybe a small step up from OEM in terms of performance without being real pricey. Im a bimmer guy and dont really know what brands are considered with Hondas. Basically im just wondering what a good street pad would be that would be low noise/dust with a good bite and would work good with stock or aftermarket rotors. And I only will consider blank rotors, no x-drilling or slotting.

The brembo blanks are a good rotor. As for pads, i have the hawk hps. They are pretty good but the dust output is noticeably more than the OEM pads.

Personally I would go with the brembo rotors and OEM pads

do a google search and you'll find them quick. I don't know of any off hand.
I would like to see a pic of your BMW. I like that body style.

blackhelicpter,

you can purchase hawk pads at any pepboys store for under $50. brembo blanks will probably have to be purchased online.

http://www.importrp.com has the rotors.
Pick a pad, Hawk, Axxis, whatever. There's only so many places that make brake pads, all the major good ones are going to be the same regardless of the car.

i have the same exact car and i had the same problem actually, over the summer. i just put on rotors from flippin' advance auto. they're fine unless your girlfriends a street racer, IMO. and if she is, then kudos to her
