k20 in a civic? how hard
i really wanted to do a k20 in a civic hatch any suggestions on anything how hard is it what all do you need hard to wire up? what year civic would be best to put it in or easiest?
The only thing hard about the swap is on your WALLET! Big bucks. Getting the motor in is a bit of a challenge. If you've done a B-series swap, then this is no different. There are a lot of parts that need to be purchased and I recommend that you have all of them before attempting to perform this swap. There are plug and play harnesses out there so wiring isn't an issues. If you're swaping a k20 into an EK, I recommend the EG crossmember w/matching LCA's and steering rack. Gives the motor more ground clearance and straighter axles.
