ok so heres what i have. I have a 91' civic hatch.DX. it ran but now it doesnt. it wount even turn over. it used to click when i turned the key but it doesnt anymore. i have check mostly everything i can. the last two things i have left is that its the ignition sensor on my clutch. i dont know if my civic has one but i do believe i do. and the other idea i have is theres a short somewhere in the wiring harness.

please anyone help me.

Check the connections on your starter. Theres a spade clip, that every time I've done a motor swap, I can pull off very easily. Make sure it didnt rattle lose. And obvious other connections, battery etc. Fuses. If that fails connect your battery directly to the starter for a second to see if the starter might be busted. Battery charged?

And yes you have a clutch sensor, little button that gets pressed behind the pedal.
