Compression for all motor EF-LS and wat header?

Compression for all motor EF-LS and wat header?
I got a crx with LS swap. I need to know what compression pistons to use for an all motor street setup. I was also wondering if a Jdm type R would clear the crx's crossmember. If it doesn't fit, what header do you recommend?
