hello everyone

i have an 89 model integra auto and sometimes i have trouble tryin to start the car. On the instrument cluster in the middle the S4 flashes and i cannot start and sometimes i wait awhile and it goes away but now i cant get it to go away.

does anyone have any idea what is going on
